Rotary Drum Sludge Enrichment Dehydrator
The operational essence of our rotary drum sludge thickener is stunningly straightforward: sludge is introduced into the dynamic reactor viaa sludge pump and dosing pump. Within the thickener, the rotary drum, lined with a superior compound filter cloth, rotates at an optimal speed of approximately 10 rpm. As water flows through the filter cloth, flocculant sludge is securely retained. The cleaning nozzle ensures the filter cloth remains spotless, gently impacting the floccules for maximum effectiveness. The final sludge concentration, post-thickening, is determined by initial solid content, flocculation dosage, drum speed, and inclination angle.
