Advanced Rotary Drum Sludge Enrichment Dehydrator
The rotary drum sludge thickener operates with a beautifully simple principle: sludge is introduced into the dynamic reactor viaa sludge pump and dosing pump. Within the thickener, a rotary drum, lined with compound filter cloth, rotates at approximately 10 rpm. Water permeates the filter cloth while flocculant sludge is retained. A cleaning nozzle maintains filter cloth functionality, gently preserving floccule integrity. Final sludge concentration depends on initial solid content, flocculation dosage, drum speed, and angle.
