Within the sludge dehydrator's thickening segment, an exact interval of 0.5mm transitions to more refined intervals of 0.3mm and 0.15mm in the dewatering section. The screw pitch becomes narrower as it advances from thickening to dewatering, while the rotating screw edges raise the floating plates, effectively tightening the space near the outlet. This ingenious mechanism applies substantial pressure, resulting in the robust expulsion of sludge cakes.
