Under action of the agitator/agitators , mixing with water sufficiently to dosing solution concentration 0.1%~0.35 % .
Ready solution in the polymer preparation unit is waiting for pump into the flocculating &coagulation tank , to reaction with waste water and form into flocculating.

Polymer machine features:
Powder polymers are diluted in 3 tank units. The first tank is used for active mixing of the powder into the water flow. In the second tank, the solution is matured by additional mixing. The third tank acts as storage tank. Powder polymer units are equipped with a powder storage hopper , mixing hopper and dosing screw. The unit doses know amounts of powder into the inlet clean water flow, controlled by frequency control.
Manual and batch units require operator interactions, where fully automatic units start the solution preparation cycle automatically whenever the start level is reached in the storage tank. The automatic unit can be used for continuously polymer dosing into treatment processes.
