Working Principle

The sludge dehydrator's thickening segment features an interval of 0.5mm, while the dewatering segment offers intervals of 0.3mm and 0.15mm. The screw pitch transitions from the thickening part to the dewatering part, narrowing through the rotation of the screw edge. This movement raises the floating plates, narrowing the space towards the outlet. Consequently, the unit generates pressure and increasing pressure via the pressure plate, efficiently discharging the sludge cakes.
