Rotary drum sludge enrichment dehydrator
The operational principle of our rotary drum sludge thickener is straightforward: sludge is fed into the dynamic reactor through the sludge pump and dosing pump, then directed to the rotary drum inside the thickener. The drum, wrapped in a compound filter cloth, rotates at approximately 10 rpm. As water permeates the filter cloth, the flocculated sludge is retained. To maintain filter cloth cleanliness, a gentle cleaning nozzle continuously washes it, ensuring minimal impact on floccules. The resulting sludge concentration is influenced by the solid content of the incoming sludge, the dosage of flocculation agents, the drum's speed, and its dip angle.
