Rotary drum sludge enrichment dehydrator
Machine was composed of rotary drum and belt press dewatering. The processing flow is: sludge inlet, polymer dosing, mixing, reaction, thickening, and dewatering under steady flow conditions to remove the water from sludge. 1: The machine consists of a highly efficient rotary drum and a belt press dewatering system. The seamless processing workflow encompasses sludge inlet, meticulous polymer dosing, thorough mixing, and essential reaction. This is followed by thickening and comprehensive dewatering under stable flow conditions, effectively extracting water from the sludge.
2: The sludge and carefully chosen flocculants are introduced into the conditioning tank. After optimal stirring and adequate retention time, a robust gel plume forms, ensuring superior processing quality.
3: The resulting sludge plume effortlessly overflows into the drum through gravity, undergoing a transformative process. It rotates and thickens via relative motion, significantly accelerating the separation of free water. This enhances the concentration of sludge, forming a cohesive solid sludge mass.
4: The sludge then advances to the gravity dewatering zone of the upper belt filter, achieving a second stage of gravity dehydration. Here, the sludge equalizer is meticulously adjusted to ensure uniformity in thickness and width, optimizing the process.
5: The uniformly distributed sludge transitions to the gravity dehydration zone on the lower belt filter, entering the third stage of gravity dehydration. At this juncture, the sludge solids concentration impressively reaches over 8-10%.
6: Entering the initial pressure, the sludge navigates a wedge-shaped throat. It experiences a series of pressures: initial, low, medium, and high, undergoing effective squeezing and dewatering in a dynamic horizontal wave-shaped motion trajectory.
7: The expertly processed sludge cake clings to the belt filter, where it is efficiently peeled off by a scraper and directed to the subsequent processing unit, ensuring a smooth transition.
8: The final sludge cake achieves an impressive solid content of 15-22%, showcasing superior dewatering efficiency.
