Rotary Drum Sludge Enrichment Dehydrator
The operation of our rotary drum sludge thickener is inspired in its simplicity: sludge is deftly introduced into the dynamic reactor viaa sludge pump and dosing pump. Within, the rotary drum, lined with a specialized compound filter cloth, rotates at an optimal 10 rpm. This movement allows water to pass through the filter cloth, while flocculant sludge is expertly retained. A cleaning nozzle maintains continuous cleanliness of the filter cloth, preserving the integrity of floccules. The resulting sludge concentration is precisely modulated by the initial solid content, flocculation dosage, drum speed, and angle of inclination.
