Specification & Technical Data
1. Sludge is pumped into the mixing reaction tank where it is vigorously stirred and thoroughly combined with a polymer solution from the dosing system.
2. Fine particles in the sludge rapidly flocculate into large, cohesive particles, forming a network structure that flows into the gravity pre-dehydration thickener.
3. Through the gravity thickener's filter cloth, most free water is effectively released, collected by the filtrate tray, and pre-separated from solid sludge.
4. The pre-dewatered sludge transitions onto the upper filter belt and is then transferred to the lower belt. Here, step-by-step pressure and shear force efficiently dewater the sludge cake, ensuring optimal water removal.
