In the sludge dehydrator's thickening segment, a precise interval of 0.5mm is set, transitioning to fine intervals of 0.3mm and 0.15mm in the dewatering section. The screw pitch narrows as it moves from thickening to dewatering, while the rotating screw edges elevate the floating plates, effectively constricting the space near the outlet.
