Rotary Drum Sludge Enrichment Dehydrator
The operation of the rotary drum sludge thickener is elegantly simple yet highly effective: sludge is smoothly introduced into the dynamic reactor viaa sludge pump and dosing pump. Inside the reactor, the rotary drum, lined with a premium composite filter cloth, rotates gently at approximately 10 rpm. This precision allows water to seamlessly flow through the filter cloth while retaining the valuable flocculant sludge. A strategically positioned cleaning nozzle ensures continuous cleanliness, delicately preserving the integrity of the floccules.
