Specification & Technical Data
1. Sludge is pumped into the mixing reaction tank where it is thoroughly stirred and combined with the polymer solution from our advanced polymer dosing system.
2. Rapid flocculation occurs as sludge particles coalesce into larger groups, forming a network structure that flows into the gravity pre-dehydration thickener.
3. The filter cloth of the gravity thickener releases the majority of free water. The effluent is collected by the filtrate tray, effectively pre-separating it from the solid sludge.
4. Pre-dewatered sludge is smoothly transitioned onto the upper filter belt, then onto the lower filter belt. Here, step-by-step pressure and shear force are applied, resulting in further dewatering and discharge of the sludge cake.
