Rotary drum sludge enrichment dehydrator: Revolutionize your sludge management with our state-of-the-art rotary drum sludge enrichment dehydrator.
Machine was composed of rotary drum and belt press dewatering. The processing flow is: sludge inlet, polymer dosing, mixing, reaction, thickening and dewatering under steady flow conditions to remove the water from sludge. This sophisticated machine integrates a rotary drum with a belt press, ensuring efficient processing. The well-orchestrated flow includes sludge inlet, precise polymer dosing, thorough mixing, effective reaction, enhanced thickening, and ultimate dewatering, all under a controlled environment for optimal water extraction.
The Advanced Rotary Drum Thickening Belt Filter Press ingeniously integrates a rotary drum with a belt press dewatering system. This cutting-edge process begins with the sludge entering the system, followed by precise polymer dosing, thorough mixing, effective reaction, and powerful thickening. The carefully managed flow conditions ensure optimal dewatering, transforming sludge by efficiently removing excess water.
In the conditioning tank, sludge and flocculants are harmoniously combined. Through meticulous stirring and just the right amount of retention time, a robust gel plume emerges, setting the stage for efficient dewatering.
Gravity guides the sludge plume to effortlessly overflow into the rotating drum, where it thickens through strategic relative motion. This process accelerates the liberation of free water, leading to enhanced separation and increased sludge concentration, ultimately forming a denser sludge mass.
The journey continues as the sludge cascades into the gravity dewatering zone of the upper belt filter. Here, it undergoes a secondary stage of gravity dehydration. Meanwhile, the sludge equalizer is expertly adjusted to ensure the sludge maintains uniform thickness and width, optimizing the dewatering efficiency.
The well-distributed sludge proceeds to the gravity dehydration zone of the lower belt filter, advancing into the third stage of gravity dehydration. At this crucial juncture, the concentration of sludge solids impressively escalates, achieving levels of over 8-10%.
As the sludge advances, it enters the initial pressure wedge-shaped throat. Here, it undergoes a transformative journey through stages of initial, low, medium, and high pressure. This process involves a horizontal, wave-shaped motion track that expertly squeezes and extracts water, enhancing sludge solidification.
The resulting sludge cake, securely attached to the belt filter, is deftly removed by a scraper. It then descends into the subsequent processing unit, ready for further handling.
The solid content of the sludge cake reaches impressive levels, ranging from 15-22%, ensuring a robust and efficient sludge management process.
