Working Principle

1: This innovative machine merges the dynamics of a rotary drum with the precision of a belt press dewatering system. It gracefully orchestrates a meticulous processing flow: starting with the sludge inlet, it seamlessly incorporates polymer dosing, mixing, reaction, and thickening. The journey towards dewatering unfolds under consistent flow conditions, effectively extracting water from the sludge.
2: When the sludge meets the flocculants in the conditioning tank, they embark on a transformative dance. With well-calibrated stirring and sufficient retention time, a robust gel plume emerges, setting the stage for optimal dewatering.
3: The captivating sludge plume elegantly overflows into the drum, guided by the gentle pull of gravity. Through its rotations and thickening via relative motion, it enhances the velocity of free water, elevating the efficiency of the process. This intricate dance leads to the separation of water and the concentration of sludge, culminating in the formation of a solid sludge mass.
4: The journey continues as the sludge cascades into the gravity dewatering zone of the upper belt filter, embarking on a second stage of gravity-induced dehydration. With precision engineering, the sludge equalizer is adeptly positioned and adjusted, ensuring uniformity in thickness and width of the sludge layer.
5: As the evenly distributed sludge transitions to the gravity dehydration zone of the lower belt filter, it undergoes a third stage of gravity dehydration. At this juncture, the concentration of sludge solids impressively surges to over 8-10%.
6: Entering the initial pressure wedge-shaped throat, the sludge is methodically shepherded through stages of initial pressure, low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure. 7: As the process reaches fruition, the sludge cake adheres to the belt filter, only to be gracefully detached by a scraper and directed into the subsequent processing unit, poised for further refinement.
8: The culmination of this sophisticated process yields a sludge cake with an impressive solid content range of 15-22%, showcasing remarkable effectiveness.
