The volute sludge thickener's concentrated body is ingeniously composed of a fixed ring and an active ring, with the screw shaft as the pivotal component. It masterfully integrates the automatic control cabinet, the flocculation processing tank, sludge concentration section, and complete tank into one cohesive unit, all streamlined under conditions of fully automatic operation. It continuously and effectively completes sludge concentration by ensuring the sludge and flocculant are thoroughly mixed and react to form robust 3-5mm flocs, which gravitate into the concentrated body. Within the concentration zone, the sludge advances with the screw shaft's rotation, leading to a continuous compression of the main chamber's volume, while filtrate is efficiently filtered out. The sludge's solid content steadily increases, achieving rapid concentration. The screw shaft's rotation further induces the movement of the ring and the fixed ring, ensuring swift concentration and a continuous self-cleaning process, effectively circumventing the blockage issues common in traditional equipment. The stacker concentrator is a versatile asset, suitable as pretreatment equipment for sludge dewatering and in-depth dewatering systems such as presses, high-pressure diaphragm panels, or other sophisticated dewatering equipment.
