1. Sludge is pumped into the mixing reaction tank, where it is thoroughly stirred and fully blended with the polymer solution from the dosing system for efficient treatment.
2. Fine particles rapidly flocculate sludge into large particles, forming network-structured large-group flocs, which then flow into the gravity pre-dehydration thickener.
3. The gravity thickener's filter cloth releases most free water. Effluent is collected separately from solid sludge by the filtrate tray.
4. Pre-dewatered sludge moves onto the upper filter belt, then to the lower belt, where step-by-step pressure and shear forces further dewater the sludge cake effectively.
