Specification & Technical Data
1. Sludge is pumped into the mixing reaction tank, where it is expertly stirred and thoroughly mixed with the polymer solution from the polymer dosing system. This step initiates the effective treatment process, setting the stage for successful sludge management.
2. The fine particles in the sludge rapidly flocculate into large particles, forming robust network-structured large-group flocs, which then flow into the gravity pre-dehydration thickener. This transformation is key to enhancing sludge consistency and treatment efficiency.
3. The gravity thickener's filter cloth allows most free water to be separated, with the filtrate tray effectively collecting the effluent, pre-separating it from solid sludge. This process ensures optimal separation, preparing the sludge for further dewatering stages.
4. Pre-dewatered sludge smoothly transitions to the upper filter belt and then to the lower filter belt, undergoing further dewatering under gradual pressure and shear forces, resulting in discharged sludge cake. The culmination of these processes results in high-quality sludge cake ready for disposal or further processing.
