Screw enrichment dewatering
The Sludge Dewatering machine features an innovative design comprising multiple ring, active ring, and volute filter. This advanced system efficiently completes both sludge thickening and press dewatering. In the concentration phase, filtrate is swiftly discharged without blockages due to the dynamic interaction between fixed and moving parts. In the dewatering phase, the conveyor reduces volume and enhances internal pressure using a pressure plate. This novel approach replaces traditional models, leveraging cutting-edge solid-liquid separation and self-cleaning technologies, heralding a new era in dewatering efficiency.
In the sludge dehydrator, the thickening interval is set at 0.5mm, while the dewatering intervals are precisely calibrated to 0.3mm and 0.15mm. As the screw rotates, the pitch narrows from the thickening to the dewatering sections, pushing floating plates to contract space towards the outlet. This generates significant pressure, augmented by the pressure plate, to efficiently discharge compacted sludge cakes.
