Rotary Drum Sludge Enrichment Dehydrator
The working principle of the rotary drum sludge thickener is elegantly straightforward: sludge is precisely fed into the dynamic reactor througha sludge pump and dosing pump. Within the thickener, the rotary drum, lined with a compound filter cloth, rotates at approximately 10 rpm. This allows water to permeate through the filter cloth while retaining the flocculant sludge. A cleaning nozzle ensures continuous filter cloth cleanliness, delicately maintaining the integrity of the floccules. The resulting sludge concentration post-thickening is precisely influenced by the initial solid content, flocculation dosage, drum speed, and angle of inclination.
