Specification & Technical Data
1. Sludge is pumped into the mixing reaction tank, where it is vigorously stirred and thoroughly mixed with polymer solution from the dosing system.
2. Fine particles rapidly flocculate the sludge into larger aggregates, forming robust network structures that flow into the gravity pre-dehydration thickener.
3. The majority of the free water is efficiently released via the gravity thickener's filter cloth. Effluent is neatly collected by the filtrate tray, facilitating pre-separation from the solid sludge.
4. The pre-dewatered sludge transitions onto the upper filter belt before moving to the lower filter belt. Progressive pressure and shear forces then drive further dewatering, yielding a refined sludge cake.
