This machine expertly combines a rotary drum with a belt press dewatering system. The process flow is refined and efficient: it begins with sludge inlet, followed by polymer dosing, mixing, and reaction, leading to thickening and dewatering under steady flow conditions to extract and remove water from the sludge effectively.

Working Principle

1: This remarkable machine comprises a rotary drum combined with a belt press dewatering system. The seamless processing flow includes: sludge inlet, precise polymer dosing, effective mixing, chemical reaction, strategic thickening, and efficient dewatering under consistent flow conditions to meticulously extract water from the sludge.
2: Both the sludge and flocculants are expertly introduced into the conditioning tank. Through precise stirring and optimal retention time, an impressive gel plume is elegantly formed.
3: The sludge plume gracefully overflows into the drum via gravity, rotating and thickening through relative motion, thereby accelerating the liberation of free water. This results in the separation and concentration of sludge, ultimately forming a solid sludge mass.
4: The sludge descends into the gravity dewatering zone of the upper belt filter, undergoing a second stage of gravity dehydration. Simultaneously, the sludge equalizer adjusts to ensure the sludge remains uniform in both thickness and width, optimizing processing.
5: Consistently divided sludge falls into the gravity dehydration zone of the lower belt filter, experiencing a third stage of gravity dehydration. At this stage, the sludge's solid concentration can impressively rise to over 8-10%.
6: The sludge advances into the initial pressure wedge-shaped throat, experiencing sequential pressure stages: initial → low → medium → high pressure. It undergoes squeezing and dewatering through a horizontal wave-shaped motion trajectory.
7: The sludge cake adheres to the belt filter, smoothly detached by a scraper, and is then transferred to the subsequent stage processing unit.
8: The solid content of the sludge cake can astonishingly reach levels of 15-22%.
