Our advanced Sludge Dewatering machine features a multi-ring design with active rings and a volute filter, expertly engineered to efficiently perform both sludge thickening and press dewatering. The concentration segment facilitates rapid filtrate discharge without blockages, thanks to the dynamic interaction between fixed and moving components. In the dewatering section, an innovative conveyor system compresses the volume, enhancing internal pressure with the aid of a pressure plate, replacing outdated models. This cutting-edge solid-liquid separation and self-cleaning technology heralds a new era in sludge management.
Within the thickening segment of our sludge dehydrator, the interval is precisely set at 0.5mm, transitioning in the dewatering section to refined intervals of 0.3mm and 0.15mm. As the screw pitch narrows from the thickening to the dewatering part, the rotating screw edges push the floating plates upward, effectively narrowing the space towards the outlet. This innovative mechanism generates substantial pressure, culminating in the high-pressure discharge of sludge cakes.
