Rotary Drum Sludge Enrichment Dehydrator
The working principle of the rotary drum sludge thickener is elegantly simple yet highly effective: sludge is smoothly fed into the dynamic reactor througha sludge pump and a dosing pump. Within the thickener, the rotary drum adorned with a compound filter cloth spins at approximately 10 rpm. This process facilitates water passage through the filter cloth while effectively retaining the flocculant sludge. A cleaning nozzle ensures the continuous cleanliness of the filter cloth, gently preserving the integrity of the floccules. The resulting sludge concentration post-thickening is precisely modulated by the initial solid content, flocculation dosage, drum speed, and angle of inclination.
