Specification & technical data
1. Sludge is pumped into the mixing reaction tank, where it is thoroughly stirred and mixed with the polymer solution from the polymer dosing system.
2. Sludge rapidly flocculates into large particles, forming large-group flocs within a network structure, then flows into the gravity pre-dehydration thickener.
3. Most free water is released through the gravity thickener's filter cloth. The effluent is collected by the filtrate tray, effectively pre-separated from the solid sludge.
4. Pre-dewatered sludge transitions to the upper filter belt before being transferred to the lower filter belt, where step-by-step pressure and shear force further dewater the sludge cake, ensuring efficient discharge.
