Comprehensive Specification & Technical Data
1. Sludge is pumped into the mixing reaction tank, where it is thoroughly stirred and blended with the polymer solution from the polymer dosing system.
2. The sludge rapidly flocculates into larger particles, forming large-group flocs with a network structure, then flows into the gravity pre-dehydration thickener.
3. Most free water is efficiently released through the filter cloth of the gravity thickener. The effluent is collected by the filtrate tray and is pre-separated from the solid sludge.
4. Pre-dewatered sludge slides onto the upper filter belt, moving to the lower filter belt where additional pressure and shear force further dewater the sludge cake.
