Specification & Technical Data
1. Sludge is pumped into the mixing reaction tank, where it is expertly stirred and thoroughly mixed with the polymer solution from the polymer dosing system.
2. The fine particles in the sludge rapidly flocculate into large particles, forming robust network-structured large-group flocs, which then flow into the gravity pre-dehydration thickener.
3. The gravity thickener's filter cloth allows most free water to be separated, with the filtrate tray effectively collecting the effluent, pre-separating it from solid sludge.
4. Pre-dewatered sludge smoothly transitions to the upper filter belt and then to the lower filter belt, undergoing further dewatering under gradual pressure and shear forces, resulting in discharged sludge cake.
