Rotary Drum Sludge Enrichment Dehydrator

The operation of the rotary drum sludge thickener is elegantly simple yet highly effective: sludge is smoothly introduced into the dynamic reactor viaa sludge pump and dosing pump. Inside, the rotary drum, lined with a composite filter cloth, rotates at approximately 10 rpm. This allows water to pass through the filter cloth, while retaining the flocculant sludge. A cleaning nozzle ensures continuous cleanliness, gently preserving the floccule integrity. The final sludge concentration after thickening is finely determined by initial solid content, flocculation dosage, drum speed, and angle of inclination.
