Innovative Screw Sludge Thickener

The concentrated body of the volute sludge thickener is comprised of a fixed ring and an active ring, with the screw shaft as the main component. It integrates an automatic control cabinet, flocculation disposal tank, sludge concentration part, and complete tank in a unified system. Under fully automated operation conditions, it continuously completes sludge concentration by thoroughly mixing sludge and flocculant to form 3-5mm flocs. Gravity directs these into the concentrated body. As the sludge progresses with the screw shaft's rotation, the main chamber's volume compresses continuously, enabling filtrate extraction. The flocculation process increases sludge solid content swiftly to achieve rapid concentration. The screw shaft's rotation propels the movement of the ring and fixed ring for rapid concentration, allowing a continuous self-cleaning process that prevents the clogging issues common with traditional equipment. The stacker concentrator serves effectively as pretreatment equipment within sludge dewatering and deep dewatering systems. It complements presses, high-pressure diaphragm panels, or other dewatering technologies.
